According to KOTV, Shaunna Broadway dropped her two sons, Conner, 7, and Tray, 5, off at Happiness Is A Learning Center daycare in Vinit last week.
But, when she arrived at 5pm to pick her sons up, she was shocked to discover to find them crying and with huge, painful blisters on their back.
She told the news site: "They didn't put no sunscreen on them and no shirt and when I asked them about it, they claimed they were out of sunscreen and that they told the kids to put on their shirts, but they didn't want to leave them on.”
She added to Buzzfeed: "[The employees] were actually making fun of my older son, because both boys got sunburns but he was being a 'baby' and crying about it.”
Shaunna took her boys to two different hospitals, where they were sent home with pain medication and burn cream - but things started to get worse.
She told KOTV: “Things got worse, especially with my oldest one. He started to started to complain of chest pains and not being able to breathe and his chest started swelling.”

She took the boys to Hillcrest Medical Centre Burn Unit in Tulsa and, within ten minutes, she was told her sons needed to be AIR-LIFTED to a specialist hospital in Texas, who deal with burns.
They are now being treated for second and third degree burns.
"To think that a kid could get that burned in the care of a daycare, I have no words," the single mum said.
"It's just a lot because it's just me. I'm trying to be strong for them."

The boys’ aunt shared shocking photos of their burns on Facebook over the weekend, exposing their sore and blistered skin.
According to KOTV, police and officials from the Department of Human Services are currently investigating the incident.
They also reported that the Happiness Is A Learning Centre has been investigated 19 times by DHS in the past year but for minor issues. The daycare manager had no comment when questioned by reporters.
Shaunna Broadway, who has set up a Go Fund Me page to raise money for her sons’ treatment, will likely be at hospital with the boys all week.
She said all she wants is for the daycare to take responsibility, so what happened to her sons never happens to anyone else.
"Whether it was intentional or not intentional, they were supposed to take care of them, and they did not - and that's the bottom line,” she said.
"I don't want this to ever happen to anyone else.”
