Louise Redknapp was supported at her comeback gig in London on Friday night by her Strictly Come Dancing professional partner Kevin Clifton.
The pair, who appeared on the BBC ballroom dance contest together last year, are reportedly spending time together as they deal with the breakdown of their marriages.
Pop star Louise and her footballer husband Jamie revealed they are to divorce this month after spending a lot of time apart this year and Kevin has split from his dancer wife Karen amid rumours Strictly took a toll on their relationship.
And it seems Kevin is getting close to Louise’s family, with an eye-witness at her concert telling The Sun Online: “Kevin was at the gig along with Louise’s family.
“He was keeping a low profile with a hat covering his face. At one point he ventured to the bar with fellow Strictly pro Gorka Marquez just before Louise’s performance begun.”
Some have questioned whether Kevin and Louise are spending time together as their friendship moves to the next level but Kevin was at the show on a professional basis as he has choreographed her comeback gigs.
A source previously told The Sun: “Kevin and Louise clearly have such a strong bond and enjoy working together. They know their latest link-up is bound to cause a stir but they’re being professional.
“Louise is determined to make a success of her music comeback so wanted a trusted ally in Kevin on her team.”
