Yesterday saw the premiere of Dove's new short film Selfie - and it's something of an eye-opener.
The film, which marks the 10th anniversary of Dove's Real Beauty campaign, is all about - as you may have guessed - selfies. And how selfies have affected the way we view beauty standards, not to mention the self confidence of young girls everywhere.
Academy Award-winning filmmaker Cynthia Wade follows a group of teenage girls through the film, it's heartbreaking to watch the angles they choose to slim their faces, their necks and even their arms.
But then something remarkable happens.

It's lovely to see these girls learning some majorly positive things about themselves, about their looks and about how they fit into society's concept of beauty.
"I think beauty is being strong and being brave and being happy with yourself. And I think that's really beautiful."
