Kelly, who has famously battled with her weight and addiction in the past, has revealed that her secret to keeping off the pounds is focusing on her health over looking thin.

‘I don't weigh myself,’ she said, ‘If you like what you see in front of the mirror, then what's the f**king point of getting on a scale?'

The 28 year-old told a US magazine: ‘there is no such thing as perfection,’ she said, ‘if I had known that earlier, I wouldn't have been such a f**k up.’

Kelly, whose father Ozzy admitted a drug relapse this week, has been very open about her own struggles with addiction but is now clean: ‘I'm not perfect. I make mistakes, and my body is not perfect, either, but I love it.’

The reality star has lost weight through healthy eating, and tries to eat her most 'fattiest meal' in the morning - even if that means pizza.

She does minimum of a half an hour’s cardio a day, plus weights, yoga or Pilates, and stays motivated by making workouts fun: ‘I dress up for the gym. That way, when you look in the mirror you're like ''Oh, I look cute'' not 'Get me out of here.'''

Kelly is wary of becoming weight-obsessive: ‘I've worked hard to get into shape, and I'm going to continue. Not because skinny is important to me, but because I want to feel good,’ she said.

‘I don't weigh myself,’ she said, ‘If you like what you see in front of the mirror, then what's the f**king point of getting on a scale?'

'Wishing you were Angelina Jolie or J.Lo isn't going to change the fact that you're not. Why not start working with what you do have instead of what you don't?’

Kelly has even more health focused since suffering a seizure while taping Fashion Police in March: 'I never want to take health for granted. The seizure was 60 seconds, but those 60 seconds will change me life for the better forever.’
