Where do you shop for your food?

I do the bulk of my shopping at Sainsbury's near my home, and pop to Marks & Spencer if I fancy something naughty. I also love buying organic food, so I stock up at the supermarket Fresh & Wild whenever I'm in London.

'I made a mean banoffi pie the other day, and ate the final slice in bed last night!'

What are your vices?

I don't deny myself anything, but everything I have is in moderation. I made a mean banoffi pie the other day, and ate the final slice in bed last night!

Is there anything you don't eat?

Veal and foie gras - mostly for ethical reasons, but also because they look disgusting. I was a strict vegetarian for four years in my 20s, but the smell of bacon was just too tempting to resist! I now love eating a good steak, but I always buy organic meat.

What's your favourite food?

The food they serve at Nobu, a Japanese restaurant in London - black cod, yellowtail sashimi, and loads of lovely sushi. That's my idea of heaven.

And to drink?

A bottle of Cristal champagne, or maybe even a cheeky Cosmopolitan cocktail.

The nutrition coach’s verdict Nutritionist Kate Cook says:

"Lisa has a good attitude towards food, and it's also a relief to find someone who's not completely obsessed with their weight. Good, wholesome, well-prepared dishes are the secret to staying slim and healthy. It's great that Lisa cooks for her friends - food is all about sharing and socialising, not just about denial. Lisa buys organic meat too, which is brilliant, as it tastes better and is free from pesticides and antibiotics."
