Is there anything Amy Childs hasn't mastered? The former TOWIE redhead has become somewhat of an entrepreneur since leaving the hit ITV show - she's appeared on Celebrity Big Brother, bought out her own range of Vajazzles and has now got her very own fitness DVD.
With a body most women would kill for, Amy has released Fit in 30 days and Closer Online managed to grab Amy for a quick chat...
Congratulations on the DVD release! Why a fitness DVD?
"Aww thank you hun! I really want to encourage people, especially young girls and women to take care of themselves by showing them ways to keep fit and look after their health.
Fit in 30 days is a really fun way to get into shape! There's tons of banter with me and my personal trainer Drew on there - I want to show people that exercising doesn’t have to be boring and that you can make it a fun experience!"
How do you keep yourself motivated on those ‘off days?'
"I’ve been keeping fit since I was young - I think it’s really important to keep fit and stay in shape, especially for young girls who are worried about their bodies. I really want to show them that working out is the right way to do it.
Yeah I have my off days, but I have to tell myself, you know, ‘Come on Amy’, it’s really important to keep going even when you don’t feel like it."
What useful tips/advice can you offer to people who want to become fitter and healthier but can’t necessarily afford a gym membership?
"Ooh the gym can be so expensive, but generally it’s the simple things like eating well, taking walks and anything that involves movement so your body is always getting some kind of workout in the day."

You recently created a fashion collection - how did that feel?
"It felt great! My twitter page was going absolutely mad the whole day. It’s great to see everyone’s reactions, I’ve already seen 3 woman walking around in my dresses, it’s amazing.
I’ve always been into fashion and clothes and so I thought I would get into it myself. It’s always something I thought I would be good at, it’s great to now have my own collections, and have people wearing my clothes.
My friends, Pete, Kerry and Ellen were there showing me support, Kerry even said that my dress fitted her really well – it was lovely."
Do you have anything else up your sleeve? What’s next for Amy Childs?
That could be by new show - ‘What’s next for Amy’ - I have a new perfume coming out in September, it’s really exciting sorting out all the packaging and things for that, looking forward to that.
