Treatment: We had the Alpha-H Deluxe anti-ageing facial (85 minutes, £109 for non members, £103.50 for members).
This exfoliating and wrinkle busting peel left out face feeling super soft and dewy skinned.
Highlights include the wet spa area, which was pure bliss.
Closer verdict: With branches in Chelsea, Farnham, High Wycombe and Hampton, we thought this spa was perfect for a girly day out.
Careys Manor and Senspa
Where: New Forest, Hampshire
Prices start from £150 per person
Facilities include: herbal steam room, crystal steam room, experience showers, ice room, mud room, beauty treatments, gym, 14 metre ozone treated pool, relaxation rooms, Thai food at the Zen Garden restaurant, the Le Blaireau brasserie and fine dining at the Manor restaurant.
Treatment: We enjoyed the Hot Stone massage (1 hour, £89), which was the massage equivalent of being hugged by a warm duvet and given a hot chocolate. We loved it!
Highlights include Thai-trained therapists who use the SenSpa organic range to work their magic, friendly staff and a delicious Thai lunch at the Zen Garden.
Closer verdict: With so many different relaxations rooms and two delicious restaurants this retreat is the perfect choice for a hen weekend.

Where: Stone, Staffordshire

Facilities include: Relaxation area, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool, heated tiled loungers, reflexology footpaths, 24 hour gym, outdoor tennis court, complimentary bikes, outdoor hot tub and pool.
Treatment: We enjoyed the 'light and relaxing' massage (55 minutes, £60), which left us feeling light and floaty!
Highlights include the massive King size comfy bed that could fit about five people in it, the excellent service and food in the award-winning lake-side restaurant, and the heated tiled loungers which sent us to sleep after our lovely massage.
