Shopping online means you can do your find the perfect gifts for your loved ones without compromising on the time you spend with them in the run up to Christmas.
Here, TV presenter and family man Ben Shepherd, 38, tells how he is making the most of his time at home - and his money - to shop online.
Does shopping online mean you don’t have to be organized?
‘I used to have to be quite organized about my shopping, as I’d want to buy everything in one go and could spend the whole day hitting the high street. All the new technology means I now don’t have to plan ahead so much, as I can browse at my leisure.’
How have your shopping habits changed in recent years?
‘I’m now trying to spend more time with my wife and kids, so shopping online or on my mobile from wherever I am means I can make purchases as and when I need to. I’ve definitely become a lot less patient as a shopper, so being able to make purchases instantly and have them delivered to my door is very appealing.’
What do you buy on the internet?
‘As well as buying big presents online, we get the majority of the kids’ clothes on the internet. They love opening the packages, and it saves pacing up and dwn the high street trying items on.’
