Where do you shop for your food ?

I go to my local Sainsbury's every two weeks and do a big shop. I take my husband Johnny along because he doubles up as my co-shopper and bodyguard! Sometimes I get stopped in the aisle and asked for my autograph, but it doesn't bother me.

What are your vices?

Alcohol. In the music industry you get to go to a lot of parties and someone's always handing you a glass of champagne. It's a good way to wind down and definitely my one real vice.

Is there anything you don't eat?

I like everything, except the taste of liquorice and aniseed. I try to avoid junk food if I can - I never really fancy takeaways and, luckily, I don't have a very sweet tooth.

What's your favourite food?

It has to be home-made spaghetti Bolognese. My mum gave me a great recipe, full of tomatoes and fresh herbs. It's that good, even the Italians would be jealous.

Tell us about your diet?

I don't have a strict regime, but I try to be healthy. On a good day, breakfast is branflakes and sliced banana, lunch is a baked potato with tuna, and dinner is chicken or fish with veg.

And to drink?

I'm not a fan of fizzy drinks, so I tend to stick to water - usually about two litres a day. Otherwise it's a glass of white wine.

Nutritionist Kate Cook says:

'Lisa likes her home cooking which is great- she's certainly very careful about what she eats. But sometimes so called healthy foods are not as good for you as you'd think- margarine is a good example of this. Watch out for hydrogenated fats, stabilisers, modifiers and emulsifiers. Also, check the label of yoghurts before you buy - even low-fat versions are often full of sugar.'
