But the 44 year-old actress has admitted her super-toned body is fitter and leaner now than it ever was in her younger, pre-Friends days.
'We ate terribly.... and then we sort of grew up a little bit more and we got jobs'
Speaking about body image at a celebration of her friend and yoga instructor Mandy Ingber's new book on Tuesday, Jennifer confessed: 'We were a lot rounder.'
She told a US magazine: 'we ate terribly. We did that, and then we sort of grew up a little bit more and we got jobs.'
'I've seen her become so empowered, so grounded in herself, so comfortable in her own skin'
Jennifer's yoga instructor Mandy Ingber, who wrote Yogalosophy: 28 Days To the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover, said that she has witnessed the Hollywood star change over the years.
'It's hard to say is that yoga or is it as we get older we grow into ourselves, but I've seen her become so empowered, so grounded in herself, so comfortable in her own skin,' she said.https://lotsofyoga.com/
Jennifer thanked long time friend and yoga tutor Mandy for transforming her honed figure, in particular her legs:
'That was always my 'ugh', my legs,' she said. 'That's why I credit her for (them) – with [yoga](http://Jennifer with her yoga instructor).'
The health-conscious star also revealed that although she follows a strict diet and exercise regime, she allows herself ‘cheat days’ when she can indulge in her favourite foods.
'Cheat days for me are usually ... it's either Mexican food ... maybe Italian pasta, but I think you always have to do it in moderation,' she told reporters on Tuesday.
