Where do you shop for your food ?

There are some great local butchers and fish shops near me. If I need to do a big shop, I go to the supermarket.

What are your vices?

Alcohol. I don't drink much during the week, but I like to wind down by sharing a bottle of wine with friends, and I drink champagne too. I also love kettle chips when I'm watching TV.

Is there anything you don't eat?

I don't eat fast food and even though I love vegetable sushi, I can't eat it if there's raw fish in it. I don't even like smoked salmon.

What's your favourite food?

I love spicy Thai food. My favourite dish is Thai beef salad, which comes with papaya, chilli and lime juice. I love good bread too. It's got to be really hard, brown and full of seeds.

Tell us about your diet?

I picked up a copy of Gillian McKeith's book, and since then I've stocked up on seeds and start every day with a cup of hot water. I've also swapped my earl grey tea for green teas. I eat porridge or cereal for breakfast, and salads or grilled fish for lunch. For dinner I'll have rare steak or lamb chops with rice or roasted vegetables. I try not to snack, but sometimes I give into hunger and I'll eat fruit or crunchy crispbreads.

And to drink?

I love unusual juices like lychee or coconut and pineapple. My favourite teas are ginseng and vanilla or peppermint. I keep lots of milk in the fridge too because I like to relax with a cup of Horlicks before I go to bed.
