On her beauty regime
My regime is quick and simple. It’ll take me about 20 minutes to get ready in the morning - I exfoliate from top to toe including my face and neck, then apply loads of moisturizer (I love Dr Sebagh products), get dressed and then I’ll meditate for a further 20 minutes.
I also make sure that I’m drinking 2 litres of water a day to hydrate me from the inside, take some exercise to boost circulation and I follow a low alkaline diet as advised by Harley Street Doctor Simone Laubscher.
My beauty gadgets are tweezers with a light on them, a magnifying mirror, and my body brush from my HoMedics range, it’s a great way to exfoliate, detox and tone the skin all at once, and the electronic version is a bit easier on the hands than doing it manually.
I believe that beauty isn’t just skin deep – it’s important to have love, laughter, water, alkaline diet – but exfoliation is a must!
On being ‘the body’
I love outdoor activities like road biking, skiing, paddle-boarding etc. Although I like to be physically fit, I like to have fun and relax in nature.
I think cosmetic surgery is a personal choice, and it’s not one I’m making for now.
On life
I couldn’t live without my health, children, friends, family and my man (Elle is married to real estate mogul Jeffrey Soffer.)
My three favourite places in the world are Sydney because it's where I'm from, Miami because it's so much fun and The Bahamas for gorgeous water sand pink sands.
When I get a day off I’ll do something sporty like skiing, hiking, cycling or paddle-boarding and I like to cook when I’m at home. My boys love my fish and chips or veal scallopini.
I do miss Australia in the sense that I miss my family and friends, the weather, the people’s attitudes and Paddle Pop ice creams!
