"I have changed my diet plan to the flexible Closer plan, which ideal for me as I am able to eat food that I enjoy, with just a few, healthy adjustments. Also this diet plan promises a weight-loss of around 2lb a week.
I decided to change my diet plan as I was not getting on very well with the low carb diet - I had absolutely no energy which was making exercising really difficult also the lack of variation in the foods I could eat. I was fed up with eating eggs with every meal.
I have decided to opt for the convenience plan and set myself a budget on my weekly shop, being a new mum I just want easy to cook meals that I can enjoy with my family.

I had to fill out my measurements and fitness questionnaire, and a fitness plan was created for me to follow for the week and the added bonus is I have 2 days’ rest. The fitness plan focuses on my core areas that I want to lose weight, with toning and cardio mixed in.
The biggest challenge I have found is not losing as much weight as in my first two weeks, but hopefully changing my plan will give me better results.
The highlight of week was going out for a friend’s birthday and getting nice comments about my weight loss which was a real boost to my confident. This has encouraged me to keep pushing myself to get to my goal weight."

I was happy to discover that I had lost a further 4lbs in the last two weeks!

My main challenge has been exercise. I decided to try the Insanity work out, but after not being able to complete the first two workouts I thought its best that I build up my fitness before attempting it again. I have hijacked my friend to come jogging with me after work. Getting a friend involved means that I can't let them down and have to commit to the jog!
Over the bank holiday weekend we had a few friends over for a small BBQ before we went out to a show. I managed to have a lot more self-control than I usually would.
BBQ situations can often be difficult so I just had a chicken breast marinated in lemon and herbs instead of going for burgers and sausages. This way I didn't feel left out, but I didn't compromise my diet.
A massive milestone for me this week (noticed by my colleagues) is that I managed to walk past an open packet of biscuits without even thinking about them! I didn't have a single one or care, whereas before I would have picked up a few and taken them to my desk.
I think this is due to me making sure that I have an adequate lunch and snacks for my time at work, the closer meal plan just makes it so easy.
I've really noticed that my mentality has changed- I am now only eating If I am hungry whereas before I was eating constantly to feed my boredom."
