"What would you change about your body if you could?"

This was the question that was put to 50 people by the JubileeProject, a non-profit organisation that strives to "tell stories that inspire change".

The first half of the video focuses on the adults of the group. As you can imagine, almost every single one of them found a physical aspect of themselves that they felt needed to be changed: 'large forehead', 'big ears', 'small eyes', 'bad skin'.

"I don't think there's anything to change" one little girl answered, while another admitted that she "liked her body, actually."

It's a telling commentary on our body perceptions - and leaves us to wonder when, where and how our body image seem to warp later on.

The video reminds us that our idea of physical perfection has become less about us as individuals and instead become more constrained by standards set by the media around us.
