The Red Dwarf star has said that he will not be returning for the Strictly final following the 'bullying' row over pro dance partner Amy Dowden.

Danny John Jules has been put through the mill this week after claims that he's been a bully on the set of Strictly Come Dancing. The rumours reached fever pitch when he was apparently given a final warning by the show, as a result of his bad temper.

And now, looking to be furious at being booted off the show, the actor has allegedly said that he will NOT return for the final, where the tradition is that all previous contestants return for a last dance.

A source told The Sun that Danny is "really unhappy" and is "done with the show and has told bosses he won't be appearing on the show finale."

Danny received a huge online backlash on Monday night after pulling out of Strictly spin-off show 'It Takes Two'. Dance partner Amy Dowden appeared by herself and was pretty tearful.

Fans really went in on Danny, calling him unprofessional and slamming him for leaving Amy on her own on the couch.

One fan called Danny a "man child", while another said that his failure to appear on the show "proved everything they've been saying about him to be true."
