At lot has happened on Strictly Come Dancing 2022 - from Tony Adams pulling out of the competition to Kym Marsh revealing she's got Covid so will miss this week's episode, we've been on the edge of our seats.
However, that's nothing compared to Strictly judge Shirley Ballas revealing what the boys' dressing room backstage is really like and yuck.
When we spoke to Shirley at the TV Choice Awards 2022, she revealed, "I went into the boys' dressing room this week - I was trying to get a clip of a video that I posted on my social media - and I think when I go in next week they'll be vigilant about tidying up.
"It was a mess. Socks, knickers, clothes, jumpers, sweatpants, strewn across the floor."
Err. We'd expect that from teenage boys but grown men?
"I caught them off guard, it was so funny. They're not the tidiest," Shirley added.
And when we asked who she thinks could win Strictly 2022, she did mention two contestants who are in with a good chance.
"I think [the glitterball] is up for grabs. Look at Fleur [East] she came back from being in the bottom two to a samba that's worthy of a win for me. Had she got that samba in the final, that would have been four 10s for sure.
"And Molly [Rainford] has been in the bottom three times and she came back with a rumba that was absolutely phenomenal."
Strictly Come Dacing airs Saturdays and Sundays on BBC One.
