This is the bizarre reason Piers Morgan will NEVER go on I’m A Celeb!

Piers Morgan, Good Morning Britain

Piers Morgan revealed earlier today on Good Morning Britain that he will NEVER be a contestant on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! - and this is why.

Whilst we can't say Piers Morgan is on our top 5 list of celebs we adore most in the world, we have to say that the thought of him NEVER being on I'm A Celeb! has left us at a bit of a loss.

It's like the loss of something that you didn't even know you wanted.

But can you imagine what a hilarious campmate he would have been to watch?!

WATCH: Piers Morgan reveals he will NEVER go on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

Unfortunately, our Piers-in-the-jungle dreams are dashed because the reason he'll never go on the show is because his mum has told him he's not allowed to.

Er... Piers, did you know you're a fully grown man?!

To be fair though, we still listen to what our mums tell us to do as well!

He said: "‘My parents have only ever had one conversation with me about something that would cross a line, and think of the things I’ve put them through!

"They were like, 'Your father and I discussed this, and if you were ever to go into I’m A Celebrity and eat all of those kangaroo things, we’d have to disown you.'"

Piers then shed light on what "things" his mum was referring to - and of course, she meant kangaroo testicles.

He added: "Of all the things I’ve done, that would be the tipping point," he said before addressing his mum and dad: "Don’t worry parents, it’s never going to happen."

Darn it!

He added: "I like spiders and I like snakes, that’s why I’d be very good in the jungle.

"Unfortunately I have no desire to parade myself with a load of z-listers eating kangaroo testicles."

Well, fair enough.

Needless to say, viewers were VERY unhappy with the news.
