Piers Morgan ripped into 12-year-old big game hunter Aryanna Gourdin on Good Morning Britain earlier today.
Appearing alongside her dad, Aryanna showed off pictures of herself with her biggest kills, including a giraffe and a zebra.
“You have a lovely little cat, how would you feel if I came to your house one day and I hunted down your pet cat and I killed it?" asked a riled up Piers Morgan.
He added: "And I then posted pictures of me celebrating the slaughter of your pet cat?”
“I think that’s a trick question,” hit back Aryanna, who was wearing a t-shirt that read ‘Stand up to anti-hunter bullying.’
“A giraffe’s not a pet,” she continued. “Most hunters don’t kill pets… We would never think to go out and kill somebody’s pet.”
Taking to Twitter to share their outrage, viewers wrote: “That 12 year old trophy hunter needs to be locked up before she kills a human… #GMB”.
Another added that her father should be blamed for encouraging her.
“I’m very upset that people would value an animal’s life over another person’s," said Aryanna.
"It won’t stop me hunting… I will always hunt. It’s something that thousands of people do and it’s never going to stop."
