So, does Paddington Bear swear in the Marks and Spencer Christmas advert? See it here for yourself...
Halloween and Bonfire Night are both well and truly over which means one - Christmas is fast approaching.
Since about September we've all seen Christmas cards, advent calendars and presents in stores ready for us to empty our bank balances and now all the Christmas adverts are appearing on TV.
The infamous John Lewis ad has finally been unveiled and we think it's absolutely adorable but one retailer has caught a lot of attention after people have accused Paddington Bear of swearing in Marks and Spencer's Christmas advert.
Eek!
In the festive advert, Paddington Bear mistakes a robber for Santa Claus and helps him deliver all the presents (he stole) to people in the town. After the pair watch one of the families open all their Christmas prezzies, Paddington is quick to give 'Santa' a sandwich.
The burglar - obviously touched by the festive spirit - goes to hug Paddington and while doing so he thanks the bear but lots of people think the robber actually swears and says "F--k you little bear" instead of "thank you little bear".
How controversial!

Although not everyone could hear the alleged swear word...
A spokesperson for Marks and Spencer have denied the burglar cursing at the bear, they explained: "He’s saying, 'Thank you, little bear'. I think it’s really clear.
"We wouldn’t change the ad."
Alrighty then.
