Former Love Island star Paul Danan could be making a big comeback with an appearance on Celebrity Big Brother.
The former Hollyoaks actor, also known as Dangerous Danan, could spice up Channel 5’s famous reality television house with his cheeky antics if he takes part in the show which starts on 1 August.
TV producers are hoping he will make a splash as he follows in the steps of fellow former Love Islander Calum Best who appeared on the last series of CBB.

An insider told The Sun: “Paul’s name has been bandied around the Celebrity Big Brother team ever since Love Island returned to our screens.
“He was completely bonkers on that in 2005 so producers think he will be a great addition to CBB.
“They’re hoping he’ll bring a bit of the old Love Island vibe to the house and stir up some mischief.
“It should be an explosive series with him on board.”
Paul had an on-screen romance with Lady Isabella Harvey on the original series of Love Island which aired in 2005 but he was removed for his drunken behaviour.
He returned for the second series in 2006 and was constantly at war with model Sophie Anderson.
Other names rumoured to be taking part in the upcoming series of Celebrity Big Brother include former Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding, recently departed Gogglebox star Sandra Martin, Ibiza Weekender favourite Jordan Davies and Absolutely Fabulous actress Helen Lederer.
