These kids’ first-time reaction to The Lion King is heartbreaking

We don’t know what was worse, watching The Lion King again or watching these kids reaction.

On Gogglebox’s spin off show Gogglesprogs, the children aged between seven and 11 watched Gordon Ramsay's TV show Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares USA, Made in Chelsea and The Lion King.

The Lion King is definitely a Disney classic and one of our all time favourites (and we must admit we still cry when we see Mufasa die).

Seriously, it’s bad enough watching Simba try to wake up his dad, but then his evil uncle Scar, who killed Mufasa, blames Simba for his death. It’s definitely one of the most emotional Disney scenes ever.

The children had to sit through the film and watch the sad scene and they obviously didn’t take it well. The emotions ran from shock, to tears. Before Mufasa died one of the children said: "This is so sad and scary that my belly is hurting."

Another said: "His uncle is really bad."

After Musfasa died one of the children said: "I would not like that to happen to my daddy".

“If my dad actually died, I would be crying. I would be crying for 500 years.”
