The Real Housewives of Cheshire star Rachel Lugo has taken to social to media to voice her frustration for the lack of child support for single parents as she urged Child Maintenance Services to "do better".
Sharing a furious message on her Instagram story, Rachel Lugo demanded that CMS need to "take action" when it comes to child support. The reality TV star said, "It's not fair on the other parent who has to work their ass off because they have never received a single penny."
There is no confirmation as to whether Rachel is talking about her ex-husband John Lugo who she had a "bumpy ride" of a relationship with, or whether she is referring to her daughter, Sophia Lugo's, baby daddy.
Rachel and John split in 2019 after 24 years together when it came to light that John had cheated. Before their split, Rachel said on social media, "John and I are having a bit of a bumpy ride.
"We are trying to see if we can work it - we've been together for a very long time, it's five children."
This isn't the first time Rachel has seemingly thrown shade at her ex.
Last year, she posted a lengthy note on her Instagram story about father figures, "To all you amazing mums out there who pick up the slack when their dead beat dads refuse to pay any maintenance for them whatsoever... You are doing amazing."
Rachel confirmed they had split in an episode of The Real Housewives of Cheshire, saying "I've kind of made a big decision in my life and it is a big step.
"I've decided that I'm not going to take anymore sh-t and it's not a celebration, I don't want any cheers because it's quite sad after 24 years but I've actually petitioned for divorce."
Months later she appeared to have moved on from her ex-husband with a new man, but that was short-lived and she soon slammed 'toxic' relationships saying, "I joked with my friends who ever I dated had to come recommended so I didn’t end up with a nutter. Well, how wrong was I 🤦♀.”
She then hit out at her ex-boyfriend and claimed he's "stalking her" online.
Fast forward to late 2020 and Rachel confirmed she'd moved on with new boyfriend Nick and he's become a regular fixture on The Real Housewives of Cheshire, although it seems that trouble is on the horizon for them in series 16.
