Taking to Twitter the former Strictly Come Dancing star wrote, "I’m normally a great judge of character. I don’t know if it’s just me but I feel Jacqueline is acting the whole time on @imacelebrity .

"Everything she does seems a little fake & trying to be what she thinks the public want to see. Only my opinion guys #ImACelebrity2019".

However after seeing the shady tweet Dan Osborne - Jacqueline's husband - rushed to defend his other half.

"Coming from someone who is married to her and lives with her, she isn’t being fake at all mate & she isn’t acting," he wrote on Twitter.

"She is dramatic and can be emotional but she would say that herself... but fake, ABSOLUTELY not."

Dan isn't the only person defending the former EastEnders actress, one I'm A Celeb viewer tweeted, "I actually don’t mind her. She’s doing the trials like a trooper. I’d cry beforehand as well 😂".

Someone else commented, "Don't agree, I think she has little confidence in herself. She's gets panicky when picked then pulls herself together. I like her."

A third added, "I can’t agree with you on that one, she’s a young woman who clearly worries about what others think and say about her as she’s stated tonight."

Dan defending his wife comes shortly after he begged I'm A Celeb fans to stop voting for her to do trials.

On his Instagram Story he explained, "I know I said to you all to vote for Jac because she isn’t in there to change lightbulbs, I didn’t mean every singe trial. Give her a break now, come on.

"She’s worried about it but she keeps smashing them all. She’ll keep proving everyone."

On Saturday he added: "Let her do this one [with Ian Wright] and then just give her a break please because she’s getting upset now and it ain’t nice. But she’ll be good, she’ll smash it. She’ll get all the stars and head back to camp with meals."
