It’s a great time to be GK Barry, isn’t it? The presenter and social media star, who rose to fame on TikTok during lockdown, hosts the popular Saving Grace podcast – where she interviews the stars of our favourite shows like Love Island and TOWIE – and she’s loved up with her mysterious footballer girlfriend.

Not only that, but GK (whose real name is Grace Keeling) also recently made her debut on iconic lunchtime show Loose Women which, brace yourselves, started the same year that she was born.

After appearing on her first episode alongside fellow panellists Kaye Adams, Frankie Bridge and Denise Welch, GK sparked rumours of a feud with Frankie when the former Saturdays singer complained about a ‘backhanded compliment’.

While discussing how her social media career got started, GK said, ‘I just fell into it... Do you know what though, I always wanted to be one of The Saturdays.

‘When I grew up I got no GCSEs because I was like, “I'll just be Frankie”.’

Frankie didn’t look impressed and replied, ‘That felt like a backhanded compliment.’

Viewers couldn’t help but pick up on the awkwardness, with some taking to Twitter to accuse Frankie of being ‘mean’ and ‘unwelcoming’ to the new panellist.

However, Grace has since spoken out to clear up the rumours of a feud, insisting there’s no bad blood between herself and Frankie.

‘There actually was no tension. She was so lovely to me,’ Grace exclusively told Closer online on the red carpet at the National Television Awards last week.

She added, ‘I’ve just been on again with her and she was absolutely amazing, so no tension.

‘And I love The Saturdays. Have a reunion, please, for me!’

Speaking about joining the Loose Women panel, GK said, ‘I’m having the best time ever. Honestly, I don’t know how I’ve ended up here, but I’m having a great time.’

It appears we could be seeing even more of the social media superstar on our screens too as she’s heavily rumoured to be heading Down Under for the next series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

Show bosses are reportedly ‘desperate’ to sign her up, with a source telling The Sun, ‘They think she’ll make great TV and will help the show appeal to an even wider audience.’
