Emma Willis' early life and family
Emma was born Emma Griffiths in Birmingham in 1976. She has one older sister who is three years older than her. She attended John Willmott School in Sutton Coldfield and began modelling at the age of 17. During her modelling career Emma worked for companies like Marie Claire, Elle, Vogue, GAP and Chanel.
Emma Willis' early career
Emma got her big TV presenting break on MTV in 2002. She then became a regular on ITV2 shows, including two years co-presenting the I’m a Celebrity spin-off show with her husband Matt and the dating show Girlfri3nds.
She then moved over to host the Big Brother spin-off show Big Brother's Bit On The Side in 2011 and was a regular on This Morning’s Hub.
Emma Willis' marriage and children
In July 2008, Emma married Busted’s Matt Willis at Rushton Hall, Northamptonshire after three years of dating.
Emma gave birth to their first child in June 2009, a daughter called Isabelle. In November 2011, the couple had a second child, a baby boy called Ace and in December 2015, it was confirmed that she and Matt are expecting a third child.

In 2013, it was reported that Willis was to replace Brian Dowling as the presenter of Big Brother with a source saying: “Brian has been a great host but Emma is seen by channel chiefs as a true successor to Davina. They're talking to her now about taking over the role from the summer.” The news was soon confirmed by Channel 5 and in June that year she began presenting the fourteenth series of Big Brother.
She also presented Bit on the Side, most recently with Rylan Clark, until stepping down in February this year.
Emma Willis on The Voice
Since 2014, Emma has co-presented The Voice UK alongside Marvin Humes. The pair took over from the show's orginial hosts: Reggie Yates and Holly Willoughby. She said when she started on the show: "The Voice is an absolutely brilliant TV show with the unique ability to showcase and nurture amazing raw talent. I couldn't be more excited to be a part of it and I cannot wait to get started."
