EastEnders Spoilers: Jean Slater discovers Hayley is pregnant – but who’s the daddy?

Following Jean's brilliant idea, the Slaters prepare for Hope's Christening but chaos is in store when no one can find Hope's gown.

While the rest of the family are focusing on finding Hope's dress, Kat begins to feel guilty about being the little one's godmother so she sneaks off. She then gets a great surprise when she receives a secret phone call from her son Tommy – will she make it to the church on time?

Elsewhere after Hayley finds Hope's gown, Stacey and Jean begin to panic when they realise Kat has gone missing and ask Hayley to step in her place instead.

Later on as the party gets going, Jean heads home to find Hayley for the family photos but finds her upset and doubting her abilities as a mother – confusing Jean. After pouring her alcoholic drink down the sink she finally opens up and reveals she's pregnant.

Jean is later left horrified when she tries to force Hayley to be healthier for her unborn child but discovers Hayley and Kat are taking the moped out to learn the Knowledge.

Things don't go to plan when they have an accident and fall off the bike, then when Hayley has a funny turn, Kat and Jean insist she visits A&E. Hayley begins to worry that Kat will discover she's pregnant – how will she get out of this one? After the doctors reveal that the baby is fine, Hayley is left relieved.

When Jeans begs Hayley to contact her baby daddy, she admits he thinks she had an abortion. Jean later consoles her and tells her after the initial shock has gone, the father of her baby will probably feel different.She then takes matters into her own hands – what's Jean up to?

When Hope needs babysitting, Jean takes it upon herself to volunteer Hayley for the job as it'll be good practice for when her baby is born.After spotting a baby monitor and it dawning on her that Jean was eavesdropping she sets a trap and it's not long before Jean runs home. As Hope starts crying Jean explains it's normal to before reminding Hayley she will need help and urges her again to get in contact with the father.

Hayley then admits she's in a complete mess and can't tell him and when the Slaters praise her babysitting efforts, she feels awful about the secret she's keeping.

To start the week off Whitney is confused by how distant Halfway is being and is left furious when she discovers he has moved out of The Vic and is taking his brother's side and not Tina's.

Elsewhere the Carter family have a breakthrough when one of Mick's friends turns up at The Vic and reveals Stuart did the same thing to him and he's reported him to the police.

Poor Halfway, who has been none the wiser to all the drama, doesn't know who to believe. After visiting Tina, she urges him to believe her and move back in with the Carter family.

Later on in the week a sheepish Halfway is welcomed back to The Vic by the Carters but everyone is left confused when they receive a large amount of pizzas no one ordered.

As the delivery man demands payment he realises his moped is gone and it's not long before the police are called.

Judging by these photos we don't think Mick Carter likes this pizza guy.

Next week it quickly becomes clear to Jack that his parenting tips are not welcome by Mel. Especially when he tells her that Hunter should earn his own money instead of getting hand-outs.

After Mel comes around to the idea she agrees but Hunter isn't on board and when he manages to distract Billy he takes some money from the club.

Err, talk about sneaky.

He then bumps into Mel and Jack in the Square which wouldn't be too bad if he hadn't lied and said he was job hunting.Oh boy…

Meanwhile keen bean Ian Beale tries to impress his ex-wife by offering Hunter a job, who is forced to accept it when Mel keeps pressuring him to. When he starts his new job, Ian tries to get an inside scoop on Mel and Jack's relationship – come on Ian can you be a bit subtle?

Then he admits to Masood he thinks he'll marry Mel within the next year but he doesn't realise Hunter has overheard the conversation.

When Hunter calls in sick, he's later caught out after Ian spots him far from ill. Seriously how can he be caught out twice in one week? Hunter hun, if you're going to lie you need to stick with it…

As Ian marches Hunter over to his mum, the teenager gives Ian an offer he can't refuse.Hmm. What's he up to?

Towards the end of the week, Ian is furious that Hunter didn't get to work on time, ruining an expensive delivery.

Ian is fuming and to be honest we don't blame him.

He then finds Mel and tells her it's not working, but after some tactical flirting from her he changes his mind.

Billy gets himself involved in Jay's love life and lands him a date, but when Jay is stood up Billy secretly hatches a plan for him to set him up with someone else.

Instead of advertising for potential housemates, Billy changes the advert to try and get Jay to meet more women and one of the candidates end up being a surprise hit.

Here's the boys helping the newbie move in...

Is this the start of something new? Friends?

Jay is taken with the new housemate, Jessica, but is reluctant to admit he's on the sex offender's register as he thinks she'll move out.

Elsewhere, Billy is suspicious of Jessica when she goes to meet a 'mate' from the Square.

Things don't appear to be going well with Billy and Jay's new housemate...

Later Billy sees how disappointed Jay is that Jessica has left and asks her to lie about her reason for leaving and let Jay down gently because he likes her.

Sensing an opportunity, Jessica charges Billy for her time and after successfully hoodwinking Jay, she meets Billy in the café for payment.
