Danniella Westbrook has hit out at her “favourite” show Gogglebox after a regular cast member made an insensitive comment about her on Friday’s episode.
The ‘boxer in question was fan favourite Baasit Siddiqui, who was playing a game of Would You Rather with his family.
Older brother Umar asked, “Would you rather have one giant eye, or one giant nostril?”
And while dad Sid was firm he would rather have one giant eye and be a cyclops, Umar lamented there wasn’t a term for having one giant nostril.
It was then that Baasit made the unkind ‘joke’ about Daniella, who’s nose collapsed at the height of her cocaine addiction in the 90s, and who suffered a life-threatening relapse in 2014.

Taking to Twitter to slam the comments, Danniella wrote, “Thank you everyone for the support you gave me about the derogatory comments Channel 4 allowed the Siddiqui family to make.
"My manager is seeking legal advice as trolling is not something we should take lightly.
"And I for one am in shock that [Gogglebox creator] Tania Alexander allowed that to make the edit."

She added, "The show has always been a favourite of myself and my family, was a real shame that we had to witness such cruel comments on World Kindness Day."
Danniella went on to tell one follower, "I have to admit I shocked when watching with my family."
Former EastEnders actress Danniella, who started playing Sam Mitchell when she was just a teenager, has been open about her illness, most notably breaking down on Jeremy Kyle last year where she admitted she “could have killed” her son Kai when she was using while pregnant with him.
