The 31-year-old was given the girls category, featuring Chloe-Jasmine Whichello, Lauren Platt and Stephanie Nala.
While her girls might be emotional at times, Cheryl is confident she will lead one of them to victory.
She told The Sun: "They'll get emotional, they'll have days when they smash it out of the park and other days when they don't feel so confident.
"Women sometimes feel different from day to day. And I'm really glad that, as a woman, I can be there for them when they're going through that. It's an understanding we'll have between us."
And she's told the girls she's always there for them, whenever they need her. She added: "Everyone else has to knock [on my dressing room door] – unless it's one of the girls. They can come in any time."

Cheryl admitted that the reason she's so happy with her category is because all three of her girls – and her currently unknown wildcard act – are so different.
She said: "I'm very happy with my girls. Simon, Louis and Mel need to watch out. I'll show them how it's done."
It wouldn't be the first time she's mentored an act to victory. During her first year as a judge in 2008, Cheryl led Alexandra Burke to become champ.
Then again in 2009 she saw Joe McElderry make it all the way.
