Cheryl was left shocked after 4th Impact’s Celina left the X Factor studios in an ambulance after collapsing on stage following her group’s elimination before the semi-finals.
According to reports, the singer had fainted before the live show, and then fell unconscious after the sing-off against Lauren Murray.
Mentor Cheryl reportedly looked visibly shaken as the member of the four-piece group of sisters was given medical attention, and later told The Sun:
'She's OK. She's being taken care of backstage.'
An audience member told The Mirror:
'Everyone was saying their goodbyes to the girls and then suddenly Celina hit the floor. 'Her sisters were shocked and Cheryl started calling for people to help.
'Two men ran on stage and carried Celina backstage, she looked lifeless.
'Cheryl had to stay on stage because of Xtra Factor but she was clearly shaken by what had happened.'
4th Impact later confirmed Celina was okay, tweeting:
'Thanks to all who voted for us why we reach this far [sic]. Celina is ok now thanks for your prayers and love - love u guys. Lets keep believing [sic].'
Speaking on the Xtra Factor following the show, Cheryl said:
'I could see her, and I was talking to her and she wasn't engaging. I pulled her in closer to ask if she was alright and she just went, she passed out. 'She's fine, she's being sorted out, her family's here.'
