It's official; Jurassic World is finally open. John Hammond would be proud.
Except, y'know, there are still a few minor tweaks for park bosses to iron out.
Because, while it's basically Disney World with dinosaurs, there's one teeny-weeny difference...
Yup, as Dr Malcolm quite rightly pointed out in the first film, if The Pirates of the Caribbean breaks down, the pirates don't eat the tourists.
Whereas dinosaurs? Dinosaurs, as we learned in the first three Jurassic Park films, like to eat e-v-e-r-y-b-o-d-y.
Especially when, say, they're a brand-new SUPER DINOSAUR created by scientists.
Hold onto your butts- here's the trailer:
Bless Chris Pratt - he looks so deliciously worried about all that toothy mayhem going on around him, doesn't he? We do so hope he doesn't get gobbled up by anything...
Suffice to say, we are VERY excited about the new series in the Jurassic Park franchise - and we can't wait for Jurassic World to hit cinemas on 12th June 2015.
But what about you? Will you be taking your kids to see it?
