In the video, we see the baby elephant attempting to pull itself up, while its mother stands behind it swinging her trunk.
Try and try as he might, the poor things just can’t seem to get it. It kind of reminds us of ourselves, trying to get up in the mornings.
The mother doesn’t seem to be too concerned by her baby rolling around though, and her swinging trunk very nearly hits him a few times.
Just as we think the calf has finally mastered it and is about to stand, he falls down again and rolls onto his side.
It’s not all bad though, as a person we assume to be a zookeeper is there to comfort the baby as it falls.
Never mind, baby elephant, these things take time and we’re sure you’ll get there eventually!
