The little girl tries to explain to her mum what the ghost looks like, but mum tells her that because she and daddy didn’t see the ghost there’s no proof.

This doesn’t put our little story-teller off, though. When mum asks her: “We didn’t see the ghost, so who do you think the only person to blame is?” She replies: “the ghost”. She’s REALLY sticking to her story.

We love how confident she is in her story, and how she manages to keep a straight face throughout the whole thing.

When her mum asks her: “Are you lying to me?” She replies: “I’m not lying, that’s what I saw”, with such sassiness that we almost believed her.

Eventually though, clever mum works her into admitting it wasn’t the ghost who drew on the fish tank but the little girl still doesn’t think she’s done anything wrong.
