Proof that dogs really are man’s (or baby’s) best friend, we love that this dog is really trying to help.

Both of them are just chilling, rolling over and doing the stuff babies and dogs do. But Buddy the Jack Russell wants to get moving.

As the baby flaps about on the rug, we can see she’s almost got it but Buddy obviously thinks she needs a little push.

First of all, Buddy seems a bit confused as to why the baby, nicknamed Bear Bear, can’t do it. He gives her a nudge from behind but she’s still not getting it.

So Buddy has to show her how it’s done. He positions himself alongside her and drags himself along using only his front legs.

We think it was a perfect demonstration, but Bear Bear, instead of copying Buddy, seems fascinated and just watches instead.

Bear Bear better get a move on, Buddy doesn’t seem like he wants to hang around for long!
