So it's the first day of the summer holidays...
The kids are excited. Seriously, scarily excited.
The mums and dads? Also excited. Mainly prepared for anything, to be honest."
Cue plenty of fun days out.
And plenty of fun days in.
A LOT of not-so-sneaky late nights.
Some rambunctious moments…
And a LOT of worn out parents.
Not that they'd admit it, obviously.
But, all in all, a good time will be had by all.
And time will just whizz by.
Before you know it, the kids will start to remember that they have to go BACK to school.
The parents? The parents will also start to think about the kids going back to school.
But, when the time comes, while the little ones LOVE heading back to class to see all their friends...
... it's really the parents who'll be lamenting the end of the summer holidays.
So make the most of it while you can, because it'll be over in a flash.
And, in the meantime, just think about those poor teachers when school starts back.
