As if Blackpool wasn't stressful enough - where we said a final goodbye to Olympian Greg Rutherford - the final six Strictly Come Dancing couples will face a brand new dancing twist - the exciting Cha Cha challenge.

Strictly Come Dancing

All couple will reherse two dances - their own routine as well as the Cha Cha - that will see all six contestants dancing the popular dance simultaneously, hoping to win themselves a few more scores.

Ed Balls, who has consistantly made his bed at the bottom of the leaderboard in recent weeks, has described the challenge as an absolute 'nightmare'.

The former politician (and the rest of the contestants) will now have to rely on the public vote more than ever to avoid being in the bottom two and voted off by the judges.

And producers are reportedly said to be keen to see him leave the programme because they feel it's 'unfair' and want to bring the focus back to the 'dancing' competition.

An insider told The Sun: "The challenge is almost definitely set to place Ed bottom of the judge's leaderboard.

"He's the worst dancer on paper and even if he nails his rehearsed dance, he's set to be voted off by judges."

Aside from all that, this week we’re back to some classic Strictly dances and this is what you've got to look forward to:
