The former TOWIE star, 29, has been hitting the gym a lot lately, and keeping his fans up to date with his fitness with many selfies. (Not that anybody is complaining)

Today Mark decided to show off his impressive arms and shoulders, posting the topless snap with the caption: “Hard work and determination”

Last week, TV presenter Mark shared another gym selfie, writing: “Here we are again !! Same session different week !! #summer” Someone is taking ‘no carbs before Marbs’ a bit too seriously we think…

It’s not all moody gym selfies, though. No, this week Mark’s posted an adorable shot of him and 26-year-old fiancée Michelle Keegan kissing in front of a model of the Atlantis Hotel in Dubai, which is where Mark proposed to her a year ago.

But Mark’s got some workout selfie competition in the form of fellow Essex star Tom Pearce.

The 23-year-old has also been documenting his gym going with a few snaps, letting everyone know what exactly goes into to pre-Marbs training.

He captioned one of his photos: “Gym done. Summer ready. Bring on Marbs”, and wrote alongside another: “Another training session done #MarbsCountdown.”

While we are very grateful for the pictures, all we really want to know is how those boys get through a whole workout and still look as good as they do!
