Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon to 'announce divorce' later this week

Rumours surrounding the state of Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's relationship just won't stop.

According to reports, Mariah and Nick are set to make an official announcement later this week.

While the singer, 44, and presenter Nick, 33, have yet to publicly address the rumours of relationship troubles, a source confirmed to a US publication that Nick definitely did not have an affair.

The source told a US publication: "Nick completely adored Mariah, he would NEVER cheat on her."

When recently asked about the state of their marriage, Nick simply replied "No comment".

"He wants all their kids to get an education and stay away from showbiz, so, until they can come to an agreement, Heidi is forbidden from signing their children up for any gigs."
