Jordan, confused about where she stood with Josh, went on a date with the charming Jon Stretton-Knowles – but didn't try and hide it.
After coming clean to Josh, Jordan was left in tears by his reaction but Josh has insisted things aren't over for good between them.
Speaking to Closer Online, Josh said: "Obviously I was a bit disappointed and upset because I took her out on a date and then in the space of a couple of days she went on a date with Jon.
"But I don't hold a grudge with Jon or Jordan. She claims I didn't text her but that's not the case. I literally work 16 hour days so it's quite hard to have a social life."
The last episode left viewers wondering who Jordan was going to pick, but Josh teased there's definitely more to come for the two of them.
He continued: "We are talking and trying to patch things up now. If in the future something happens then never say never, she's a lovely girl and we get on really well.
"The thing with us is I can talk to her about anything, even boring stuff, and I like that in a girl. I don't like having to make an effort all the time. We can literally sit back and talk about b*llocks so I like it!"
Unsurprisingly Josh, who has lived in Marbella for 17 years, is in no hurry to leave the trendy Spanish city.
"You get invited to some mental parties and you meet a lot of rich people. [I go to] mental day parties in massive villas, you get a bit of everything.
"It goes into a bit of a blur after a couple of hours of PR work and I do drink while I'm working to give me an extra boost – not that I need it!
"You are in a bubble in Marbella and when people come out they love it. When they go back to the UK they get really depressed because they do have to do their regular 9-5 normal life."
Life On Marbs continues tonight at 9pm on ITVBe.
