Deep breath, EastEnders fans - because this is seriously big news.

After almost an entire YEAR of trying to work out who killed Lucy Beale (Hetti Bywater) and dumped her body on Walford Common, EastEnders bosses have revealed that we will - finally - be getting a very big clue.

We know - it's almost too much for Enders fans to handle!

Although the identity of the murderer will not be revealed until next month's live broadcast, it has been announced that viewers should definitely tune into tonight's live National Television Awards show.

Bosses for the BBC One show revealed on Twitter: "Don't miss a special clue to who killed Lucy at tonight's @OfficialNTAs!

"Remember to vote all things #EastEnders http://bbc.in/1BsIEAw."

Will all of the suspects expected to attend the event in London (including a very pregnant Jacqueline Jossa), we wonder if there might be a live scene planned.

Or maybe something more subtle, like the major clue they dropped during the Children In Need special.

Either way, it's all so hush-hush that even NTA bosses don't know what's going to happen.

All we know is that, at some point during the middle of the show, BBC security will bring out something VERY important to the Lucy Beale case - and reveal it live on air.

We'll definitely be tuning in - but will you? Let us know via the comments box below now.
