Kierston, 39, is swapping Walford for Hollyoaks – and her EastEnders character has got nothing on evil Ashley Davisdson.
Discussing her new role, she told the Daily Mail: “I would describe Ashley as a control freak – I don’t believe she has a nice bone in her body but I’m enjoying every minutes of playing her.
“I’m also thoroughly enjoying working with Greg Wood, Jorgie Porter [Theresa McQueen] and Charlie Wernham [Robbie Roscoe] among others.
“Their characters are just a few who get manipulated by Ashley in some way or another, so stay tuned to see if she gets what she wants.”
Ashley’s first stop in Hollyoaks will be The Loft – when she tries to get money out of Trevor Royle.
Before she died, Ashley was searching for Ben Bradley’s daughter Carly. It’s quickly made clear that Carly stole an expensive ring from Ashley – but will she find it?
We last saw Kierston on our screens in 2014 as Walford bad boy Max Branning’s wife Kirsty.
During her time on the BBC One soap, Kierston’s storylines included a fake pregnancy, and subsequent faux miscarriage.
