The 49-year-old star, who has made a name for himself with his Jerry Springer style show, has called it quits with wife Carla, who he was with for 13 years.
Carla Germaine, 40, gave Kyle three children over the course of their marriage, after the couple married in 2002.
The pair met when Ms Germaine was just 23, after she entered a competition at a radio station where Kyle was working.
Bizzarely, her prize was to get married to a complete stranger - which she did - but the marriage was over just three months later and she began dating Kyle.
She was credited with helping her husband through testicular cancer in 2012, with Jeremy saying he felt ‘lucky to be alive.’
But now it seems it’s all over between the couple - though his representatives have yet to comment on the rumours.
Some have speculated that a rift may have been exacerbated by comments Jeremy made earlier in the summer on his talk show, where he admitted: ‘ I haven't had sex for ages myself.'
