Jamie Lomas has decided the time is right for him to return to Hollyoaks - and he's opened up about the reason why.

Speaking on This Morning to Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, the actor, who originally left the show in 2012, said the opportunity to make a comeback was "too good to turn down".

This will be Jamie's third stint on the soap, as he previously left Warren and the 'Oaks behind in order to pursue a career in Hollywood.

But he said that when the producers got in contact again he was unable to say no as he "had always loved the character".

Ahead of his posible upcoming return, Jamie teased that whilst Warren is "trying to be good" after his release from prison, it's highly likely that soon he will be causing trouble again as "a leopard doesn't change his spots".

Well, we wouldn't want a well behaved Warren, would we?

Jamie also hinted that there will be romance ahead for his character and Anna Passey's Sienna Blake, as there is "an instant attraction between them."

We can't wait to see how that pairing works out, we can already imagine the sparks flying!

And it wasn't just the spoilers that were getting fans excited, as those watching This Morning took to Twitter and couldn't help but admire Jamie... and who can blame them when he posts snaps like this?!

There were floods of admiring tweets during the show, with many viewers using '#badboywarren' to express how happy they were that Warren's back, and also to say how much Jamie, 41, only seems to be getting better with age!
