A video filmed on a phone at the TV Choice Awards that year showed Asan, 25, throwing punches and swearing at Jamie, 44.

Following the fight The Mirror have claimed that Asan threatened to "knife" Jamie shortly before they were both pulled apart by security at the event.

It was also reported that he shouted at the Hollyoaks star, "Do you think you are a f--king big man? I’m going to f--king kill you."

As a result the 25-year-old actor was sacked from his role as Ellis Chapman.
