But later in the day, the star’s agent gave the supposed real reason behind the star’s sudden departure.
Mike Hollingsworth, who spoke over the phone with This Morning, claims that ‘bullying’ was behind Lady C’s decision to leave.
He went on: ‘The official statement is she's left due to a medical condition.
‘I know that she suffered a fall in the jungle camp and because of that viewers will have seen that she has been using a special chair to sit on for a little while, and that has clearly gotten worse.
‘I have spoken to her and she is sad to be out. I think the medical condition might have been exacerbated by a certain amount of bullying she has been receiving by two particular campmates.’
Viewers of the show may be slightly confused by the claims however, considering the behaviour that Lady C herself has been exhibiting in the past few days.
She has expressed her disdain for the majority of the jungle crew - including Duncan Bannatyne, and Tony Hadley who she branded a ‘fat blob.’
