There are fears for the mum-to-be as she struggles to breathe and is rushed to hospital.
When Courtney’s health takes a sudden turn for the worse she's terrified she's about to lose her baby.
The drama begins when the expectant mum starts to feel unwell at work and leaves Alfie Nightingale in charge of her class. However it’s not long before utter chaos breaks out at school and head teacher, the formidable, Sally St Claire, steps in and insists that science teacher Courtney goes on maternity leave…like RIGHT AWAY!
And it looks like Sally has a very valid point. Later, when she’s back at home, Courtney’s health takes a turn for the worse and she struggles to breath. Just to add to the panic she can’t get to her mobile phone to call for help. Yikes! Where’s Jesse when all this is going on you may ask? Well it’s his mum Tracey’s funeral and although he’s stayed at home and missed the service to nurse Courtney, he later decides he should at least turn up for the wake. Unfortunately that’s exactly when Courtney needs him most.
Thankfully, Tegan arrives in the nick of time and is worried to find Courtney battling to breathe. She rushes the expectant mum to hospital but it’s a race against time. Is Courtney going to be ok and what about her baby? Could she be about to miscarry? We’re keeping our fingers crossed that both mum and baby will be strong enough to pull through...
