The Hollyoaks favourite, played by Jessica Fox, has been cultivating feelings for Joe Roscoe for some time, but finds herself in an awkward situation when his brother Robbie tells her he still likes her too.
As Ziggy goes to visit Jason at the clinic, it is obvious to Nancy that Robbie is struggling to cope - prompting her to give him some words of wisdom.
But her kindness provokes an emotional reaction from the Roscoe brother, which puts Nancy in a pretty tricky situation when Joe also later asks her out.
Nancy's decision is made even harder due to the fact that she and Robbie have previously grown close, something she will struggle with as she embarks upon a fliration with his brother.
And just as things seem to be going swimmingly between Joe and Nancy, he is called back by Lindsey who needs his help desperately.
