It’s official; Lindsey Roscoe’s days are well and truly numbered.

In tense upcoming Hollyoaks scenes, Mercedes McQueen (Jennifer Metcalfe), Esther Bloom (Jazmine Franks) and Cindy Savage (Stephanie Waring) all unearth damning evidence in the Gloved Hand Killer case.

And, after piecing the facts together, they FINALLY realise that Lindsey is Dee Valley Hospital's sinister serial killer - not her sister Kim (Daisy Wood-Davis) as everybody first thought.

But it seems as if Lindsey (Sophie Austin) has one or two cards left up her sleeve.

After realising that her on-off partner Joe Roscoe is beginning to suspect that she’s the murderer, Lindsey bonks him over the head with a vase and leaves him unconscious.

She then decides to make a run for it.

But, when she hails down a car for a ride, Lindsey is shocked to discover that the driver is none other than Frankie Osborne (Helen Pearson), finally back from her stay with daughter Debbie, who broke her leg a few months ago.

Eep!

It’s the worst possible timing for Frankie to return to Hollyoaks Village - she’s only gone and landed herself smack-bang in the clutches of a twisted serial killer on the run.

And Lindsey, naturally, decides to put Frankie to good use.

It’s not long before Lindsey is phoning Esther to inform her that she has her gran held hostage - and that she will murder Frankie unless Esther helps her to flee the country.

Double eep!

Esther, who loves her nan deeply, sees no choice but to find Lindsey a passport so that she can leave the country undetected.

But will she go through with the Gloved Hand Killer’s twisted plan? Will she and Mercedes head out to stop Lindsey Roscoe, once and for all? And will Lindsey claim at least one more victim before she disappears forever?

Well, Sophie Austin recently revealed that her final scenes will be VERY intense - even more so as she’s been filming alongside Mercedes McQueen actress Jennifer Metcalfe and Silas Blissett actor Jeff Rawle.

Refusing to reveal TOO many juicy details, she said: “All I will say is I've been filming a lot with Jen Metcalfe and she has unfinished business with Silas.

"Whether it's the end of the road for Lindsay, you'll have to wait and see."

Lindsey was revealed to be the Gloved Hand Killer during the Channel 4 show’s explosive Killer 20th Anniversary Week.

However, despite viewers being well and truly aware of her murderous streak, she has continued to dispose of evidence (and witnesses!) as she evades the police.

Lindsey even allowed her beloved sister Kim (Daisy Wood-Davis) to be arrested for her crimes - presumably due to the fact that she recently found out she is pregnant.

Perhaps she wanted to remain a free woman so that she can raise her baby?

Sophie previously told the Daily Star that she would love to see Lindsey get her comeuppance, insisting she’s “hurt too many people” to continue living life as a free woman.

Meanwhile Jeff Rawle, who plays Silas, told Unreality TV: “That man is never going to be redeemed. There is no way back for him now.

“I think he’s probably out to destroy himself.”

He added cryptically: “I love the idea of a gloved killer on the loose and I’m sure the writers have something excellent up their sleeve.”

Do you think Silas will kill off Lindsey?
