That’s right; Jamie Lomas is back.
“Warren has been away for a number of years, so it's like starting with a blank canvas. Hollyoaks fans, both old and new, will get to see Warren back to his old tricks very soon,” Jamie has said.
Known for being one of Hollyoaks' notorious villains, Warren left the show in 2011 after he was double-crossed by his lover, Mitzeee Minniver.
During his appearance on the show from 2006, Warren was involved in drug dealing, he was arrested for the murder of Louise Summers (his wife who he killed on their wedding day) and was also involved in the ‘Who Pushed Clare’ mystery storyline.
A spokesperson for the popular soap has confirmed Jamie Lomas’ full return to the show, saying:
“Hollyoaks can confirm Warren Fox will be making a full-time return to Hollyoaks village. We are not revealing whose shower he is going to turn up in and whether he is cleaning up his act or washing away his sins.”
Bryan Kirkwood, producer on the soap, is also excited to see Jamie back on the Hollyoaks set as Warren Fox: “I couldn't be happier to see Warren come home to Chester to create more havoc, settle some old scores and find new love with at least one of our leading ladies.”
Fans of the soap will also have noticed another familiar face in the trailer, but this time it’s not a returning character.
Former X Factor finalist, Rachel Adedeji will be turning up as the real Lisa Loveday – the lost daughter of Simone and Louis Loveday, who have been living with an imposter after they were “reunited” with their daughter last year.
“I am so excited to have joined Hollyoaks and be part of the Loveday family … It is quite a pressure to be coming in as the real Lisa Loveday as she is such an anticipated arrival in Hollyoaks village,” Rachel said about her new role.
The Lovedays are in for a shock when Lisa, a loud, party animal, lands on their doorstep, back to claim the family that is rightfully hers.
And judging by the trailer, there’s going to be a lot more going on than just Warren and Lisa turning up!
