Dr Harry Tressler always sets our pulses racing when we tune into Holby City on a Tuesday night.
But, sadly, he won't for much longer, because Jules Knight has only gone and quit the show.
Jules, who used to sing with harmony group Blake, told The Mirror: “I loved playing Harry on Holby and have had fun there with the cast.
“Variety is the spice of life, however, and I like to keep moving and keep challenging myself with new and exciting projects.”
Jules is set to leave the show in May, with a gripping storyline which will see Dr Tressler ending up “unrecognisable”.
But what does the real-life Dr Love have planned next?
None other than a bonafide solo album!
He said: "I have certainly missed singing. Its been a huge part of my life since I was seven years old, so I can only go so long without music in my life.
"In many ways making a solo album is a totally natural progression for me and has been a long time coming.
"This solo album is the next chapter for me and I'm really excited about it. And I hope my Holby fans will enjoy it too.”
He added: “The album will be a collection of new and old songs which have been given a fresh and creative treatment.
“The connection between them is that theyre all poignant, emotive songs that have affected me in some way in my life, and will hopefully strike a chord with people of all ages."
We can't wait to hear it - although we DEFINITELY don't look forward to bidding goodbye to Dr Harry Tressler.
How will he and Marie-Claire ever get their happy ending now?
