Dom Parker, 49, was training to take part in Channel 4's The Jump.
The reality star - who has, along with wife Steph, stolen the hearts of Gogglebox fans everywhere - is currently being monitored at a hospital in Austria after he injured his shoulder during the ski cross on Monday.
Doctors are keeping a close eye on him, as they suspect he could be suffering from concussion.
Due to his injuries, it now remains unclear as to whether or not Dom will be able to take part in The Jump when it launches this weekend.
A Channel 4 spokeswoman said: "Dom hurt his shoulder and later showed signs of suspected concussion so was monitored and is now resting up."
Despite his injuries, however, Dom took to Twitter to prove his sense of humour DEFINITELY wasn't damaged in the accident.
He wrote cheerily: "I'm still alive. Thank you for your kind words! #chinchin"
And he made sure to share a pretty hysterical photograph too...
Dom - who has been skiing since he was five-years-old - is not the first contestant to be injured before the show has even started.
Strictly Come Dancing professional Ola Jordan will be unable to dance for months after injuring her leg and hip on the slopes.
And former Celebrity Big Brother star Sally Bercow has also been forced to quit after cracking two ribs.
We wish all of them a speedy recovery.
The Jump starts on Channel 4 at Sunday 1 February at 7pm.
